By emphasising local produce and culinary traditions, Pan & Pour has reinforced ICC Belfast's reputation as a venue deeply connected to NI's culture, while significant reductions in waste and carbon emissions during the partnership has made a significant contribution toward ICC's sustainability goals.

We have co-developed match-day and non-match-day hospitality formats including fan zones, premium suites and community events. Our deep operational knowledge of the Stadium over several years of collaboration enables us to deliver efficient, scalable services during peak match times and high-profile events. We excel in queue management and fast pour technology, reducing waiting times and maximising revenue opportunities, while our well-trained and passionate team ensures service consistency and high standards, even under high-pressure conditions.

Our partnership includes bespoke catering for corporate events, weddings and charity functions as well as match day services across the stadium, with continuous feedback and service refinement. On taking over the contract in 2020, the Pan and Pour team worked collaboratively with Windsor Park to identify the key challenges and opportunities based on their extensive experience in similar operating environments. The team identified that several key areas within the stadium would require specific tailored solutions, and since these changes have been implemented, we have seen huge improvements in both new business and customer satisfaction.
