Sustainability

We cook in our own kitchen, from scratch, meaning our food is farm to fork fresh, without being heavily processed or chemically enhanced, and this has enabled our venue partner ICC Belfast to become the only NI venue to achieve the ISO20121 sustainability accreditation. In addition to this, across all our venues, we have zero single use plastics, compostable disposables for informal events, as well as food waste tracking and redistribution where possible.
